Commercial Fencing in Portland & Vancouver
Storage yards, dealerships, apartment complexes, job sites, schools: commercial fencing has to control access, survive abuse, and go in on schedule without disrupting the business behind it. We build for property managers and GCs across Portland and Vancouver.
Commercial systems we install
- Chain link perimeters, 6-8 ft, with barbed wire or slats as specified
- Ornamental steel for frontages that customers see
- Anti-scale and security mesh where theft pressure is real
- Dumpster and utility enclosures to city screening standards
- Commercial swing, slide, and cantilever gates with access control
Built around your operation, not ours
We stage work so your site stays open: after-hours and phased installs, temporary fencing to keep the perimeter closed during replacement, and clean daily wrap-ups so a half-finished fence never becomes a liability. You get one point of contact, real scheduling, and COI paperwork handled before the first truck rolls.
For property managers and general contractors
We quote from plans or from a walk-through, hold pricing long enough for your approval cycle, and don't nickel-and-dime change orders. A lot of our commercial work is repeat business from managers who got tired of chasing their last fence contractor. That's the reputation we protect.
Good to know
Commercial Fencing: common questions
Do you carry commercial insurance and provide COIs?
Yes. We're licensed, bonded, and insured in both Oregon and Washington, and we provide certificates of insurance to property managers and GCs as a matter of course.
Can you install after hours or in phases?
Yes. Occupied sites like apartments, retail, and schools often need phased or after-hours work, and we schedule around your operation.
Do you do dumpster enclosures to city code?
Yes. Most cities in the metro require screened trash enclosures for commercial properties; we build them in chain link with slats, wood, or ornamental steel to match the site.
Can you integrate gates with our access control?
Yes. We install commercial gate operators with keypads, card readers, remotes, and telephone entry, and we can tie into most existing access control systems.
What are your lead times for commercial projects?
It depends on the season and the material, since ornamental steel and specialty gates carry longer fabrication windows than stock chain link. When you call, we'll give you a current, honest schedule rather than an optimistic one. If your project has a hard deadline like an insurance requirement or an opening date, say so up front and we'll build the timeline backward from it.
Do you take prevailing-wage or public-works jobs?
We're glad to discuss public-works and prevailing-wage projects case by case. Those jobs carry specific certified-payroll and documentation requirements, so the right first step is a conversation about your project's scope and agency before either of us commits. Send the bid documents over and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
What anti-climb options do you offer?
Several, depending on how much deterrence the site needs: taller fabric with barbed-wire arms, small-aperture security mesh that denies handholds and toeholds, curved or spear-top ornamental pickets, and bottom rails that stop lift-unders. The honest starting point is your site's theft pressure. A storage yard backing an alley needs more than a landscaped office frontage, and we spec accordingly.
